Is your online store open over Christmas and the New Year period?
Yes – our online store will be fully operational during the Christmas and New Year period. You can place orders for products as you would at any other time of the year.

Are there any delays on dispatching items from your warehouse?
There may be slight delays on orders leaving our warehouse from Friday December 20th to Friday January 3rd 2020. If you place an order during these dates, please understand that your delivery may incur a slight delay. If you have any questions about your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Are there any shipping delays during the Christmas and New Year period?
There may be slight delays on some courier deliveries after your item has left our warehouse, unfortunately this is out of our control and is due to the Christmas rush with large volumes of courier deliveries around New Zealand.
